Wedding Reception Packages

      We provide budget planning, coordination and an event time line designed around your ideas and dreams.  Provided for you are all furnishings, decoration, in house sound system.  We have all your menu items, Bride & Grooms cake, non alcoholic beverages, supervisors and tuxedo dressed wait staff.

      Every client receives a preferred vendor’s list to help with critical planning decisions for other aspects of your wedding day.  The items you will need to provide are the photographer & entertainment.

The items that make up our receptions are:
· Reception option of your choice
· Additional beverage service if desired
(Client may provide alcoholic beverages for guests if desired)
· Supervisors and tuxedo dressed wait staff
· The Essentials (as listed below)

THE ESSENTIALS: The foundation for a quality reception menu. Special Fruit Sampler The best the season has to offer! cantaloupe, seasonal berries, pineapple and melons beautifully presented with fresh greenery and blooms Vegetable Crudite Jicama, carrots, celery, broccoli, cherry tomatoes and other seasonal favorites with homemade buttermilk herb dip Deluxe Cheese Sampler A variety of popular cheeses garnished with red and green grapes served with assorted biscuits and wafers Sparkling Non-Alcoholic Champagne Punch garnished with fresh citrus and mint Fresh Brewed Ice Tea & Hot Tea served with lemon and sugar Freshly Brewed Regular and Decaf. Coffee with cream and sugar Bride's Cake & Groom's Cake?  They can be Free. Just pick them as one of your free booking gifts.

To complete your reception select any of the following three or four hour options.  Feel free to mix options and menu items to meet your needs.
Additional time may be added to any event if you wish.

FOUR HOUR OPTION 4 hour event with The Essentials above: Option D: Plus four hors d'oeuvres Or Any one entrée, one salad, two sides, includes breads and butter     Option E: Plus any one entrée, one salad, two sides, one hors d’oeuvre, includes breads and butter     Option F: Plus any two entrees, one salad and two sides includes breads and butter Or  any one entrée, one salad, one side and three hors d’oeuvres, includes breads and butter
